New Member Added to Staff at TD Madison and Associates

TD Madison and Associates, a retained executive search and leadership development firm headquartered in Virginia Beach, is proud to announce the addition of Robert P. Wohlfarth as Vice President of Business Development.In his current role, Robert works with emerging and high growth companies to solidify and strengthen their leadership teams and assist in fundraising efforts. Robert consults with executives on a wide range of topics including leadership development, succession planning and strategic planning. .
Robert previously was co-founder and Senior-Vice President-Sales & Marketing of TeliOn, LLC, a fixed wireless broadband provider headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA.
Robert has over 20 years of communications experience and was an early member of the senior leadership team at Hyperion Telecommunications leading the company through a transition from Competitive Access Provider to a full service CLEC. Robert also spent 10 years with MCI in various senior sales and service management capacities.
Robert has a B.S. in MIS from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, PA and is currently finishing his MBA.
Robert resides in Virginia Beach. He is on the board of several venture capital clubs statewide. He is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences on leadership development and entrepreneurial issues.About TD Madison
