TD Madison will verify education, employment, criminal background, credit/financial history, DMV records, specific psychological traits and candidate reference checks (five at a minimum). This service is ideal when evaluating any candidate for a leadership role when the situation does not call for a full-featured executive search or when exploring internal candidates.

TD Madison and Associates will actively manage the database of resumes, allowing companies to search the program based on an unlimited number of variables( candidate name, industry sector, position title, education, skills, geographic location, etc.) In addition, TD Madison proactively updates the resumes every three-six months and will actively source candidates for new positions, freeing company resources for other activities.
