TD Madison and Associates sponsored renowned author and speaker Dr. Pierce Howard at the September meeting of the Richmond Venture Forum. Dr. Howard is a founding partner of the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies in Charlotte, North Carolina and creator of the Work Place Big Five Profile used by TD Madison and Associates. The presentation focused on the value of testing personality traits and work place competencies as a tool for personnel selection and human resource optimization in developing businesses.“The presentation by Dr. Howard was extremely well received by our members and incredibly informative.
