Executive Placement: Gary Tremblay, Vice President/General Manager of ATS Operations

The Alpha Group engaged TD Madison to conduct executive search and recruitment for the new Vice President/General Manager of ATS Operations. The Alpha Group is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of power conversion, protection, and standby products. Its products can be found across the telecoms, broadband, energy, and medical industries.

The Alpha Group sought an executive with leadership experience in the CATV and telecoms industry for Alpha Technology Services Inc. (ATS), a member of the Alpha Group that provides maintenance, repair, and warranty services for Alpha Group products. The new Vice President/General Manager would manage ATS technical and operations staff across the nation and be responsible for planning and managing all CFPC, PM, and Depot activities.

Following an exhaustive executive search and recruitment process conducted by TD Madison, The Alpha Group selected Gary Tremblay as the strongest candidate. Tremblay was previously employed as the Vice President of Strategic Development at Alta Telecom, with many years of leadership experience in the telecoms field. Tremblay was appointed Vice President/General Manager of ATS in 2013.

In subsequent years, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Alpha Technologies and then to COO of Alpha Services. EnerSys acquired the Alpha Group in 2018, and Tremblay is currently Vice President Services at EnerSys.
