We’re pleased to announce a new placement: Rakesh Taori will be joining CableLabs as their new Vice President of Wireless! Rakesh is a pioneer of 5G and wireless communication with well over a decade of 5G, wireless, infrastructure, and networking experience that he will bring to CableLabs.

MIDCO VP OF NETWORK ENGINEERING

CABLELABS DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

TD Madison was engaged by Kyrio, a subsidiary of CableLabs, to conduct executive search and recruitment for a new Director of Customer Experience. Kyrio provides technology solutions that include consumer and business marketplaces, security services, testing services, and wireless networking services.

CGI VP OF INTEGRATED PRODUCTS

GCI, Alaska’s largest communications provider, engaged TD Madison to lead the search for a new Vice President of Wireless Products. Brad Hauser was selected after an exhaustive executive search and recruitment process, in which TD Madison discovered, interviewed, and assessed a number of leading candidates.

GCI VP OF WIRELESS PRODUCTS

In 2018, GCI engaged TD Madison to conduct executive search and recruitment for their next Vice President of Wireless Products. TD Madison identified potential candidates for the role and managed candidate assessment and interviews. GCI selected Josh Lonn as the best candidate in a strong field.

GCI VP OF NETWORK OPERATIONS

GCI engaged TD Madison to find their next Vice President of Network Operations in 2018. This new VP position would require a wide array of technical skills, leadership abilities, and strategic vision. The company selected Chris Burns as the strongest candidate, and he remains in the position today.

SCTE CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

TD Madison was engaged by SCTE in 2015 to conduct executive discovery and recruitment for the society’s new Chief Technology Officer. Following an exhaustive executive search and assessment process conducted by TD Madison, SCTE selected Chris Bastian as the strongest candidate, and he remains in the position today.

COMSONICS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

In 2014, ComSonics engaged TD Madison to find its next CEO. The role required strong leadership skills and expertise in cable and telecommunications technology. Jack Bryant was appointed CEO of ComSonics in 2014, a position he held until his retirement in 2020. Bryant continues to serve on ComSonics’ Board of Directors.

ATS OPERATIONS VP / GENERAL MANAGER

The Alpha Group engaged TD Madison to conduct executive search and recruitment for the new Vice President/General Manager of ATS Operations. Following an exhaustive executive search and recruitment process, Gary Tremblay was selected as the strongest candidate and was appointed Vice President of ATS in 2013.

BROADBAND LEADER FOR ELECTRIC CO-OP

The New Hampshire Electric Cooperative engaged TD Madison to conduct search and recruitment for a senior executive to lead their new rural broadband efforts. Robert Cruickshank was selected as the strongest candidate.
